Its one thing to do customer interviews, and even close design partner clients, but when its time to ask for the deal, it can be paralyzing for the most accomplished founders. We know because we’ve been there. And our team has worked with hundreds more founders who have been through it too.
At REACH•ABLE we bring experience from our “past lives” as revenue leaders and executives to help support and advise founders on go to market strategy, assessment of current sales process and hire/scale their teams.
Series A Program
We call this advisory program, The Revenue Roadmap. Its our program for founders preparing for a Series A fundraise, or who have just completed the raise and now ready to scale sales and can be completed in3-6 months depending on the pace that is right for you. We work with you hands on through a proven curriculum informed by working with clients such as InVision App (Iconiq, Battery, Tiger) and Mural (Insight, Tiger, Slack) at the early stages who have gone on multi-billion valuations as well as hundreds of companies who have been.
You’ll work with an executive coach who has worked closely with founders like yourself, and has also many years of experience as an operator.
This program kicks off with a customized workshop, 6-8 hours of digging in together to document and assess your current sales process along with asking all of the questions that will lead to the experiments needed for the coaching portion. We continue our work with 12 one-hour executive coaching sessions.
