In a business setting, Jodie has always focused on strategic transformations in the customer experience. At Yelp, this led to increased revenue retention resulting in $7MM in ARR. While working at Square, she launched a Success organization that became the most profitable group in the company’s history. Fundamentally, neither venture would have been possible without a deep understanding of the customer experience, the front-line employees, and the team leading the change.
A mother of four who had all four of her children during her rise at Yelp and Square, Jodie is passionate about helping leaders live authentic, balanced, and successful lives across personal and professional dimensions. It really *is* possible!
