Opening One-Day Workshop
Potential topics include, giving feedback, building trust, coaching your team
The Leadership Inventory
Participants work with a coach through self-evaluation, peer feedback and manager feedback over three executive coaching sessions.
Group Coaching Session, Amazon Startup Hub (Auckland, NZ)
This phase ends with a formailzed professional development plan
Individual Executive Coaching
Participants meet with their assigned executive coach for 6 sessions
Topics include those from The Leadership Inventory, professional development plan or current events that participants want feedback or support on.
Final Workshop
All participants come together to share what they have learned from the program and create an ongoing support network for leadership development.
